In 2019, Josiah Pierce decided it was time for a change. Growing tired of the corporate grind, Josiah left his job to start his own design agency. Fueled by ramen, Josiah worked tirelessly to create a design agency that went beyond the standard corporate model. Employing steadfast dedication, patience and authenticity, Josiah would begin to lay the building blocks of what would ultimately become Jossi. Four years later, Jossi® is blossoming into a thriving design agency. As for the future, Josiah is eager to continue growing the agency upon the same building blocks that bolstered the agency to where it is today.
